This website is run by Kaleb Alvarado, an independent freelancer doing business as Alvarado Systems (“I”, “me”, “Alvarado Systems”). This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and your choices.
Information I collect
- Information you send me. When you fill out the contact form or email me, I receive what you provide: your name, business name, email, phone number, business type, approximate call volume, the service you’re interested in and your message.
- Numbers you enter into the calculators. The cost calculator and chaos check run in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not sent to me unless you choose to include them in a message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, my hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How I use it
- To reply to you, schedule a consultation and prepare your process audit or quote.
- To provide and support any services you hire me for.
- To keep a record of our conversations and work.
- To keep the website secure and fix problems.
I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Who I share it with
I share information only with the service providers that run this website and store messages — currently website hosting (Vercel), my database and form processing (Supabase) and email (Google). They process it on my behalf. I may also disclose information if required by law.
Client business data
If you hire me, I may need access to your business tools and data to build your automations. I use that access only to do the work you’ve asked for, keep it confidential, and remove my access when the work or care plan ends, or whenever you ask.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable time afterward for my records, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you by emailing alvaradosystems@gmail.com. I’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
