What this website is

This website describes the business-systems and automation services I offer (with optional AI add-ons) and lets you contact me. Booking a consultation or audit happens by reaching out through the contact form or by email; nothing on the website creates an agreement to provide services.

Estimates and calculators

The cost calculator, chaos check and any savings, ROI or payback figures are estimates for illustration only. They combine published market research with numbers you enter and assumptions shown on the page. They are not a guarantee, a quote or financial advice, and your actual results will vary.

Prices

Prices on this website are starting prices and may change at any time. Your actual price is the one in the written quote or agreement I send you.

Services

Any work I do for you is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement describing the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Monthly care plans are month-to-month unless your agreement says otherwise.

Third-party tools

Automations I build may rely on software you or I subscribe to (for example your CRM, calendar, email, phone or accounting tools). Those tools are provided by other companies under their own terms and pricing, and I’m not responsible for their outages, changes or fees.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to Kaleb Alvarado / Alvarado Systems. Photos are used for illustration. Please don’t copy the site without permission.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is”. I do my best to keep it accurate and available, but I don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or online.

Limitation of liability
